How adorable is this new hand stamped necklace design we now have over at Whole Soul Jewelry? This new arrival consists of a hand cut 1.25" pure grade aluminum washer. It's nice and thick at 14G, and looks fantastic with copper! The 20 G round copper disc is textured using a different assortment of tools and domed slightly to look just like a bird nest. Tucked safety inside the copper nest are up to five tiny pearl "eggs" to represent each one of mom's little 'birdies'.

The pendant hangs from a stainless steel ball chain, however a cable chain is also available if you prefer.

This necklace is made completely by hand, each letter is stamped individually, and reads My Nest And Heart Are Full, then darkened and polished. Each aluminum and copper piece is assembled carefully to great a truly unique keepsake for mom.

I absolutely LOVE my beige cable cardigan that I got many years ago from American Eagle. It keeps me warm, it's soooo comfortable, and it goes with absolutely everything else in my closet. 

Sadly, last week I lost my beloved sweater (insert sad face). And as of today, I still can not find it. Believe you-me, I have searched everywhere! It sounds silly, but I feel like I've lost a limb or something! 

So, in remembrance of my cable cardigan, I thought I would incorporate a similar one in the outfit for this weeks featured handmade jewelry.What IS today's featured jewelry you ask? You'll have to read on to find out!

Here is what it's all about: We take a 3/4" sterling silver disc and etch a sweet little heart or other shape, in the center. We can then personalize the rim of the charm with names or a short saying. Patina is added to the letters, the necklace is then polished and lightly brushed to give it a slight matte finish. You can further personalize your necklace with an optional message that can be added to the back of the charm.
